At Her Powerhouse Fitness, every client is coached through all four — so nothing is left to chance.

My method is built differently. Whether you train in person or online, you follow a structured system designed to build muscle, lose fat, and take control of your body. I work with a limited number of clients, by design. You’re not just another membership or a number in a crowded class. Every program is structured, intentional, and built to help you build muscle, lose fat, and take control of your body — with clear direction and real progression.

Because I keep it small, the coaching is intentional and personalized. I get to know you, your goals, your habits, and what’s been holding you back. Whether you’re in the studio or online, you’re coached closely, held accountable, and supported every step of the way. Your results matter here — and your success is personal to me.

I’m Ana Kyle, and my passion is helping women transform their bodies and realize how strong and capable they truly are. For years, I struggled with my weight, my confidence, and my consistency. After having my kids, I found myself dealing with postpartum depression, over 50 pounds overweight, and stuck in a cycle of starting over.

Until I decided I was done living that way.

I stopped chasing motivation and built structure instead. Over time, I rebuilt my body — but more importantly, my confidence and mindset. Fitness didn’t just change how I look. It changed how I show up and what I expect from myself. My coaching style is different. I don’t just give you workouts and macros — I get to know you, your habits, and what’s been holding you back. My clients often say I give them the perfect balance of compassion and accountability. I’ll meet you where you are — but I won’t let you stay there. At Her Powerhouse Fitness, this isn’t just about getting in shape. It’s about becoming strong, confident, and in control of your life.

Assessment & Onboarding

We start by understanding your goals, lifestyle, and starting point. You’ll also go through a nutrition coaching session where you learn how to track your food and build a plan that supports your results.

Your training, nutrition, and cardio plan are fully customized and delivered through an app —including non-training day cardio, step goals, and habit tracking — so you have clear direction every day.

Structured Training & Coaching

Train in person in a small group (max 4 women) or follow your customized program remotely on your own schedule — either way, you’re coached closely with structure, accountability, and support.

1: In-Person Training

Format: Private or Semi private sessions 
Exclusive feature: Maximum of 4 women per session
Description of what the student receives: Train in a small, supportive setting with expert guidance on every movement—so you feel confident, challenged, and in control from day one.


You’ll follow your own personalized plan while being coached closely, with the accountability and energy that keeps you showing up. Includes Nutrition plan and weekly check ins. 

2: Online Coaching

Reach: Service anywhere
Scope: Follow a fully personalized training, nutrition, and cardio plan—customized to your ability, equipment, and whether you train at home or in a gym, all delivered through an app that keeps everything clear and organized.
With weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and direct support, you’ll stay accountable, consistent, and moving forward—without starting over.
Tools: Delivery via app + weekly check ins. 
Reinforcing parity: Same structure, same system.

3: Virtual training

Train 3x/week in a structured strength & conditioning program— in person, live virtually, or on your own schedule.
Beginner-friendly training using bodyweight, dumbbells, and bands—built to develop consistency, strength, and confidence.
