Structured, progressive strength training and cardio with a clear plan — so you know exactly what to do and how to improve every week. Your plan is fully customized based on your ability, equipment and schedule.

We use a macro based approach that is flexible is sustainable. You’re coached on what to eat, how to track, and how to build a sustainable approach that supports your results.
Accountability & Check-ins
We track your progress through an app and weekly check-ins — keeping you accountable, connected beyond your workouts, and making sure your results never stall.

ANA KYLE
I’m Ana Kyle, and my passion is helping women transform their bodies and realize how strong and capable they truly are. For years, I struggled with my weight, my confidence, and my consistency. After having my kids, I found myself dealing with postpartum depression, over 50 pounds overweight, and stuck in a cycle of starting over.
Until I decided I was done living that way.
I stopped chasing motivation and built structure instead. Over time, I rebuilt my body — but more importantly, my confidence and mindset. Fitness didn’t just change how I look. It changed how I show up and what I expect from myself. My coaching style goes deeper than workouts and macros. I get to know you, your habits, and what’s been holding you back. My clients often say I give them the perfect balance of compassion and accountability. I’ll meet you where you are — but I won’t let you stay there. At Her Powerhouse Fitness, this isn’t just about getting in shape. It’s about becoming strong, confident, and in control of your life.

Assessment & Onboarding
We start by understanding your goals, lifestyle, and starting point. You’ll also go through a nutrition coaching session where you learn how to track your food and build a plan that supports your results.

Your Plan, Built for You
Your training, nutrition, and cardio plan are fully customized and delivered through an app —including non-training day cardio, step goals, and habit tracking — so you have clear direction every day.

Structured Training & Coaching
Train in person in a small group (max 4 women) or follow your customized program remotely on your own schedule — either way, you’re coached closely with structure, accountability, and support.

Track, Adjust, Progress
Your progress is tracked through the app and weekly check-ins — so your plan is adjusted as needed and your results never stall.

3: In-Person Training
Location: Soddy-Daisy, TN
Private or Semi private sessions
Maximum of 4 women per session
Train in a small, supportive setting with expert guidance on every movement—so you feel confident, challenged, and in control from day one.
You’ll follow your own personalized plan while being coached closely, with the accountability and energy that keeps you showing up. Includes Nutrition plan and weekly check ins.
Regardless of where you are, the method is the same. The structure is the same. The result can also be the same.
